2) Order Processing Time
General Items
We’re excited for you to receive your order! Our general processing time is 3–5 working days. During this period, your order is carefully inspected for quality, packed, a shipping label is printed, and it is then handed over to the courier for dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking information and delivery updates via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note: During promotional periods, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. Kindly allow up to 14–20 days in such cases.
Handmade Items
To maintain the highest quality and ensure material freshness, we allow up to 2 weeks of production and processing time for each handmade product before it is dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have begun processing. As a general guideline, if we are not contacted within 5 hours of placing the order, it is likely that cancellation will no longer be possible.
