What is Bellelucci's order processing time?
We’re excited for you to receive your order! Our current processing time at the warehouse is 3–5 working days. We’re working hard to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details with the most up-to-date status of your order, along with delivery notifications.
Please note: Global shipping delays are affecting several orders, causing many parcels to experience longer transit times. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these challenging times together.
Standard Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, it will take 3 to 10 working days for delivery, depending on your distance from our warehouses.
PLEASE NOTE: Once orders leave our warehouse, they may experience delays due to safety measures, increased volume, and staffing challenges across all couriers. Please contact UPS, USPS, or FedEx if you have questions regarding the status of your delivery.

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, as stated during checkout and on our order confirmations, as we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and they are locked into our inventory and payment systems immediately upon placement, we are not always able to cancel them.
To check if your order can be cancelled, please contact us at info@bellelucci.co.uk. If we are unable to cancel it and you choose to return any items, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, including the items purchased, total cost, and order number.
How can I track my order?
Looking to track your order? When your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from info@bellelucci.co.uk with your tracking number. Depending on the product, the email may take up to 3 working days to be sent.

Please note: Order numbers don’t always immediately update with tracking information. If your tracking shows as unavailable, don’t worry – your order has been dispatched and is en route to your local postal depot. Tracking should update within a few working days. Depending on your location, delivery may take a few additional days.

Can I ship one order to two different addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You will need to place separate orders for each delivery location.
Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
As stated in the order confirmation, we cannot change the shipping address after the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address details at checkout, and ensure your contact information is correct to aid successful delivery.
However, if your order hasn’t yet been shipped, you can contact us as soon as possible at info@bellelucci.co.uk to request an address change.

How long does shipping take?
Courier Delivery Time:
We offer international direct air mail from Standard to Express options. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking number and instructions via email.
Standard Shipping: Once your order ships, delivery takes 3–10 working days, depending on your proximity to our warehouse.
Once Bellelucci dispatches the parcel and it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its journey. For updates or issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders may be delayed due to safety protocols, increased demand, or courier staffing issues. Contact UPS, USPS, or FedEx for assistance using the contact details above.
If your tracking states "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours or household members – parcels are occasionally delivered to the wrong address. If you still can't find your package, please contact us at info@bellelucci.co.uk.

For Express or Expedited shipping, a signature is required.

The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the parcel to us.

Do I need to pay import taxes/duties on international orders?
We do our best to ensure you aren’t charged extra, but in some cases, local customs authorities may require payment. If this happens, you're responsible for any fees. However, email us your situation – we’ll see if we can offer a discount on your next purchase.
Are prices printed on the packing slips?
No – we know many customers send items as gifts, so prices are only shown in the confirmation email, not on the packing slip.
My parcel might be lost – who do I contact?
We know how frustrating this can be!
Once Bellelucci dispatches your parcel, it's in the hands of the courier. If your tracking isn’t updating, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number (details above).
If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbours or others at your delivery address. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at info@bellelucci.co.uk.
